thank you for your message, sorry I have not specified that,

A5 double sided please,

I would not like to influence you too much but I thought that flyer could for exemple show "before...and after"
(like regrowing someone`s hair :-)))

where "before" would be a boring black/white drawing (uploaded), and "after" - the superb 3D visual etc...

front side could be this building project - kitchen extension and back side coud be bathroom,

again - its just an idea, I actually submitted the project to DesignCrowd as I dont trust too much my own judgment :-)

I hope someone has better idea !!!
