Resumen de Diseño de Catálogo

We need a product cataloger for a foodservice company based in Dubai which exclusively import products from Latin America. We would like to see design that put an emphasis on the quality and exclusiveness of the products. The thematic is the origin of the products. The logo attached shows the 4 regions of Latin America, the sea, the land, the highlands, the amazon.. for each products for example seafoods will have fish from the pacific or from the amazon... the crops will have grain like corn for the land...or quinoa from highlands. We want to keep the colors of the logo for the origin of the products. On the right margin or somewhere, we would like to show the altitude of where the product comes from - as well as a map (wikipedia style - minimalist) to highlight the country where it comes from.
I don't believe in pure white page.. i also don't believe in full color.. i want something creative, minimalist, pure, class and which draw the attention on the product rare and far origin.. which makes it interesting..

• Must keep the spirits of the 4 south american region.. each products will be recognized from where their from + map (wiki style, highlighting the country) + altitude..from - 100 to 5500 meters (maybe to do something nice to show the altitude as the menu attached is too simplist)..
• images without border? i don't know
• size A4 - portrait - similar to high end magasine / catalogue

Agradable de tener

• Maybe some pages with full pictures (same as the website I've shown)...
• Nice design for the page numbering
• Easily able to navigate by products sections (ie.. seafoods, crops, oils, meats..etc)
• lot of place for pictures (Please when you accept the project, we can send as much information about certain products)
