Launching new business that will provide HR and Risk Management services to small and medium sized companies (e.g., handbook, policies, conflict management and internal investigations, leadership development, training, regulatory compliance audits, etch.). We will be an HR Department and Risk Management Team for businesses that do not have one, or need staff support for HR Departments of one or Office Managers performing employment law and regulatory compliance without expertise.

I want the logo to include 2 circular shapes that overlap/intersect/intertwine creating a shared space without looking like beach balls. My business requires a partnership with business owners. I want the design to appear like titanium/steel grey/metal. If there is color, I like light powder blue/aquamarine toward the blue shade. I really want something that says smart, strong, and bold. I would like to see if there is a way to make it appear like the name of the company has raised letters like they are on the side of a building.

• That the material used to build the logo are made from Titanium/Metal/Steel Grey
• circular shapes somehow interconnected, intertwined, overlapping to create a shared space. Must appear strong, masculine, powerful, timeless
• Titanium is a grey, light, but very strong metal. Is is quite frequent, but hard to extract, which makes the pure metal fairly expensive. It is used a lot for technical components and steels. Much better available than the metal itself is titanium dioxide, TiO2, the most widely used white pigment, which you can see on nearly every white painted wall. Titanium dioxide is one of the thermic most enduring molecules and one of only a few that can be found in some stars.
