The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Thank you very much for you reply and feedback. As mentioned in the brief, we require only a homepage design (one page), and PSD design only (not coded, css etc.) .

The brief also includes a basic wireframes that we created and some examples of the direction we were thinking about. However we will appreciate your creativity very much, and the wireframes should serve for guidelines only.

According to your suggestion, the project payment is now Guaranteed. We are very excited about this project and really looking forward to see your work :)
