Thanks for all the creativity going on.
As an addition to the brief i would be interested to see designs that blend the text with pictorial elements together as one.
maybe using part of text within a square sail or ideas along these lines.
i look forward to seeing logo ideas.
please browse the website which is noted in the brief as a way to get a feel and understanding of the business.
we are under new management so are looking for a fresh new style.

Hello,
i have added an attachment in the brief "sketches for a logo to be made' which i would like to be created.
i think it would look good in an slightly italic typeface, with a little serif. and the final 'l' of 'sail' extends up to be the mast with a square sail full of wind.
this sail could possibly be styled to look like a film strip , but that may be opted for an viewing it.
please have a look at these sketches and go ahead to design on these themes.
