Could you describe what your ideal logo would consist of?

Clear and concise block like fonts, stay away from blue & green, as other american franchises advertise in the same industry using those colours.
Has to be clear enough to be seen from a distance, be able to sign the sides of utes, A frames and internet banners. Having a ute like appearance isn''t a must.
