Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a basic logo and/or font for a grade II listed building in Blockley, in the Cotswolds for a website/stationery. It's a luxury house that will be let out to large groups of people.
Please also suggest a font(s) for the website. We are happy to pay a small amount for this and it needs to be downloadable onto a MS laptop (Windows 10).
The design needs include the words 'lower brook house' and optionally could include either/both of Blockley/(The) Cotswolds
Attached are some ideas of things we like. Most are word based rather than logos. We'd like the design to be simple and contemporary but not trendy. It needs to communicate luxury so please exercise restraint. If you're thinking of a font, then it can have a few 'details' but not too many (see the attachment for ideas). THere is also a photo of the house attached. A landscaped garden is a key feature of the house.
