I need a pyramid diagram to illustrate my unique leaderful holistic approach to leadership coaching: the largest lower (bottom) 3rd of the pyramid is KNOWLEDGE, the middle 3rd is ACQUISITION, and the top of the pyramid and the smallest 3rd is PRACTICE. This diagram needs to have a strong academic flavour as it will be printed in my academic paper on leadership.

The Noble Howes Coaching & Consulting leaderful holistic leadership coaching approach represented in this pyramid is based on a transfer of KNOWLEDGE from coach to client, enabled by skill ACQUISITION and consolidated by PRACTICE.
