I need a great all round template with a section
1. I can add the monthly special! Whether it be a discount or combo clean.
2. A section where I can add monthly info, like upgrades, introduce new machinery, or show more info on equipment or procedures.
3. Cleaning job of the month, where I can show a picture of us cleaning an important clients property.
4. Restoration job of the month, where I can show a picture of a before and after, or damage done to a building after flood, the cause of the flood or fire, with a small bit of info
5. Something cool, something funny, that I can change month to month, maybe a Garfield comic subscription or something like that!!!

This could be a monthly setup with the right designer or a template that I could add to, either way, I will need to be able to change things myself in simple programs like word, excel publisher etc..
