This is intended to be printed as a paperback as well as an ebook.

what is the size ?

I would like it to be able to be printed out A2 594 x 420 mm 23.4 x 16.5 inches

what about the spine? how wide is it?

I'm not sure of the spine size - say 2 inches?

That seems a bit big, actually... How many pages is the 1st book? That will give us a good idea of spine size. I just did a book with a .35 inch spine on A5 paper - it is roughly 250 pages. Two inches would probably be more like 600-700 pages, I would think.

It''s currently about 450 pages....about the same size as twilight (by way of reference only!)
