Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a startup in California called ingenive. We offer a national (entire U.S.), digital enterprise campus recruitment solution (companies seeking to recruit college students for internships and entry level employment). We target employers, college students and campus career centers. Our platform uses psychometrics, data science and predictive analytics to match employers with optimal candidates for internships and employment upon college graduation. We seek a clean, contemporary or possibly abstract design using a rich hue of blue. The design should be simple, memorable, timeless. Since we serve 3 constituents (business, students, colleges) design must resonant with each of the 3 segments. Note the "i" at the start of our name is to remain lower case. We must convey trust to please the business and college career center yet have some levity (not too much, thus why we selected a lower case "i" in the name) to connect with the college students. Given we connect people, might advise a design connecting the 2 "i's" in our name in some way and/or possibly have the "dot" of the "i's" in a contemporary way, connote people. And/Or as an alternative, have a logo to left of our name whereby an "i" is creatively designed indicating connective of 2 separate entities to become 1.
