Thank you for submitting a design :-)
The Idea with the "eyes" in the "O" is good, however I think the general logo looks/text looks too coorporate.
The site is a entertainment site, where people should be entertained, so this needs to be reflected more in the logo. A example could be the font/text used at: http://www.collegehumor.com
