Resumen de Diseño de Postal

I own a self service Laundromat. From time to time our machines break or take the customers money. I would like to design a post card that I can send the customer that had trouble with one of the machines along with the return of their money. Maybe on one side of the card say OOPS! with a picture of a clothes washer or clothes dryer. On the other side some text that says we are sorry for the trouble at your last visit. Please see attached return of money and we would love to have you back and satisfied. Thank you again for visiting The Laundry Room. I currently don't have a logo so be as creative as you like.
