can you supply wording in a word doc and original logo file?

The files for those items that I have are in a JPEG format and I seem to be unable to convert them into anything else. I can try upload them to the site, or directly to you if you give me an email address, in that format rather than the scanned and sent if that would help. Please let me know. Thanks, Bill
