We Need a design for a project that is located in Medford Oregon (jackson County) (Southern Oregon). This event is was is called Moving Through Chronic Pain -A Community Response, Here is the link to our website with the poster and information from last years event http://www.oregonpainguidance.com/events/public/community-forum-on-managing-pain/ This event is schedule to happen May 19th 2016. The Goal of this event is to spread awareness about chronic pain and to bring the population that lives with chronic pain together. Jackson County and southern Oregon has the Highest overdoes rates due to Opioid Medication in the nation per capita and the county and the state is trying to bring this issue to the fore front. Also need to be able to add information to the design since we are not solid on time or place.
