I'm looking to create a logo for a recently formed business which will be used in all our group communications (website, business cards, stationery, corporate brochure etc.). I've provided a bit of background information on the business, our key brand messages and the proposed look / feel of the logo below.

The Dental Partnership is a private focused dental group looking to acquire private / mixed dental practices in the UK through a true partnership model.
TDP was founded by a senior team of former dentists and experienced industry operators alongside private equity professionals.
TDP provides successful and ambitious principal dentists with the following opportunities / resources:
o to release capital from their business,
o support and expertise to grow their business;
o the ability to retain a profit share.

Key Brand Messages (numbered in order of importance)
1. Genuine Partnership (not a faceless corporate)
o Potential partners will retain autonomy & a share in their business
2. Supporting Growth
3. Deep sector expertise
4. Quality

Logo look & feel / colour scheme:
• Logo should be clean and crisp, reflecting ‘clinical excellence’ (which will be important to our target market) while communicating / supporting key brand messages
• Potential colours
o Mint Greens
o Aqua / light blues
o White

Target Market:
• The audience for our group communications will be current owners of dental practices in the UK who are looking for a sale and/or a partner to support growth.
o This is most likely to be middle-class males aged 40+
o However, this demographic is shifting as more females have become involved in dentistry, particularly over the past decade, so branding cannot be too ‘masculine’ and should retain a degree of gender neutrality.
