Resumen de Diseño Gráfico
We are piloting smoke-free properties, meaning that no residents, employees, or vendors will be allowed to smoke at the property. We'd like to sell this as: no smoke smell in your apartment from neighbors, no smoking at the pool or common areas, nice place to live, more breathable. We'd like to tie this to a theme (like some hotels have done - eg Marriott's "breathe"). We'll be using this design on collateral flyers, posters on walls, on our web site, and in customer communications.
Attached to this request is samples of our collateral suite already in use. This should give a good idea on what style and level of polish we are shooting for.
