Our current logo is the B with the strikethrough.  We can modify that logo or do something completely different.

No animals except a cow/steer... would an owl be acceptable?

I can see where you would want guaranteed money.  But if the logo isn''t there it isn''t there.  I do not want to pay for a logo that I won''t use.  I wish I could pay money to the finalists a certain amount but I don''t think that should be the whole lot cut.  If the logo is there we will absolutely pay, you should have no doubt.  

How about this thinking, if you don't guaranteed this project, the logo will never there, because good designer won't do it
