Please confirm if your project is for website psd design only or would you require coding/development work done as well as your project status says uncoded design only however in the brief you are asking to have site coded in WordPress.

If you are looking for a coded website, I am afraid the budget set is not appropriate for the job. Please consider revising budget reasonably so we can choose to work on your project.
