I would like to know about the text on the back page. It should be copied from one attached or it should be rewritten in other words?

It can be similar, we are a general dentist so in the opening line I would take out the word Pediatric. In the second paragraph we fall under the American Dental Association (ADA). We do not want it to be a copy of the attached by it was an example of what we liked.
