Great question. I do not have a defined size, I guess the height would be about 3 inches (76.2MM) spanning the top of a webpage. The designs could be the same or complimentary to each other. So if they go to the LinkedIn Agency8 company page http://www.linkedin.com/company/1953029?trk=tyah the image on top would be similar or the same as the page look of www.agency8recruiting.com... both of which will be updated. I am liking some of the things I see on this competitor http://www.alexandred.com/client_info/
