Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo that will be used for a long-term educational program for a National Sorority. It is focused on "Partners in Prevention: Sisters Striving for Safety". The program is focused on proactive preventative education for sorority women in the areas of alcohol abuse prevention, anti-hazing, and sexual assault and sexual violence prevention. The program will be facilitated by the SAFE Team. I've included the images of their two logos. These do not need to be incorporated nor am I looking for a solo cup to be included in the new design however, I'd like for them to have a similar feel. The program includes a framework which includes 3 intersecting circles. If possible, it would be great if that could be included in the design. This design may be used for program booklets, registration forms, powerpoint backgrounds, etc. So it will need to be easily read in a variety of sizes.

• The text of the program "Prevention Institute" and "Sigmas Striving for Safety". Fonts similar to Monotype Modern, Frutiger, Verdana, or Bauer Bodoni. Colors include Purple 2685 (the dominant, main Tri Sigma color), 2582, 2612, 2655, Pink 244, 247, Metallic Purple 8162, and Metallic Silver 8402.

• The 3 intersecting circles. While the topics of the program are important and critical, the facilitation environment is warm, open, and conversational. I'd like to be sure the logo is not too formal but also not cartoon like because of the topics of the program.
