Miners' Promise is the only INDEPENDENT, not for profit member based legacy organisation which was created to support workers and their families employed within the resources sector.
Miners' Promise was established by those within the sector to provide an independent support agency for the men and women (and their families) employed within the resources industry as currently, there is no existing independent support service for families of resource workers in Australia nor the rest of the world.
Individuals who have themselves experienced emotional and financial hardship or lost a loved one unexpectantly were the driving force behind establishing our organisation.
