Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our Federal Isolated Children's Parents Association Conference 2016.
10th - 11th August 2016 Perth WA
Our Theme is "Waves of Change, Oceans of Opportunity" because we want to inspire change and take opportunities. We also liked this theme because it is a Federal Conference being held in Western Australia which is well known for their beaches.
Our organisation is a voice for regional education and we lobby to ensure that children who live in rural and remote Australia have equity of access to a good education.
We have a State Logo which I will attach and a style guide with our colours - we were hoping to get something along the lines of the blue and yellow but feel free to use other colors too.
We would like something that is funky and inspiring as we are going to use it a lot in the lead up to our conference.
