A professional logo that captures a positive, healthy, and trustworthy image for clients interested in losing body fat with the guidance of a certified exercise physiologist. Jump start is an electronic based program that is 6 weeks long, and each week a new topic is introduced through emails, our private FB page, and the 3 ring notebook each participant receives. All clients are expected to be write in their provided diary the results of daily commitment to healthy living and text a picture of the diary to Jump Start health coach.
