Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I own a precast concrete company operating out of brisbane, the main products we make are concrete sleepers for retaining walls, we also manufacture pavers, car stops, fence posts,
I have a logo that i made using publisher, the logo is ok but publisher isnt very user friendly, i would like something that stands out a bit more and can become associated with the company, what we make and who we are,,
I am in the process of getting clothing made and setting up websites,
I have included pictures of the existing logo i am using, the slogan i use on the logo is 'Setting Your Future In Concrete'
But i think i can add that later, as there is some things that i need without the slogan in it,
I look forward to seeing what you come up with, i would like something that stands out more, the red and the black is a little boring.
