Hello, the 13kb per image is a crazy restriction. It's impossible to make anything decent in 300x250 while not going above 13kb. I've submitted my design, it's gif static images, and they are quite simple... But if the image must be strictly under 13kb... It's not very possible to make something decent and in high quality. I'm sorry.

Per image it''s 13kb - we need the three in total to be under 40kb

gif is the best format for text ads and for animation .. If you say I can make animation for you with in 40 sec in gif format..

If you can make a gif, max. 40 kb, it needs to be max. 15 seconds. Those are the restrictions on that file type.
