The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you with the best designers to work on it

Hi, I only make the project guaranteed once I start seeing some interesting designs just to be on the safe side but from my side I need this to be done as fast as we can so you can consider it as guaranteed

What we need is the PSD designs of at least homepage plus one inner page, it would be nice to have that you deliver the PSD designs of more pages if possible

Sorry dont work on nonguaranteed projects as a principle.

- For stock images that's fine but I don't like the idea in general if we can replace these images by some free versions, in case you are going to choose stock images then let's agree on their price first

- No specific reference websites but we need something elegant that targets business users (i.e. doctors, engineers ... etc.) because the company handles scientific events and not public concerts ... etc

- No specific preference for the homepage content but you can have some ideas from the document

Yes we can do this as well as long as the used images would be with excellent resolution
