Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a NEW UPDATED logos (x2) please. I have a website for my first 'excelerate' brand (refer www.exceleratehr.com.au). I am about to launch a second called brand 'excelerate sales'. One brand is focus on providing HR consulting/contracting services, the other is focused on providing Sales agency/ representation for various building and garden products. I need the 'excelerate' name/brand featured and common between both brands - much like the 'Virgin' name and look is consistent between brands. As per my current brand, i like red and white as it catches peoples attention. However, the design is too bland currently. It needs to be more corporate as I am planning to shift my focus away from industrial small businesses to medium size corporates. So, in summary two logos, excelerate hr and excelerate sales, 'excelerate' will be same look. Possible that the 'hr' and 'sales' will need to be similar but different coloring to distinguish both. May need a feature to the design that gives customer a sense of speed and acceleration.
