We need a logo design for a new company named "Rodríguez y Rivera, Administración de propiedades" based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We are a property management company that offer a full range of services to those people who own a villa, lodge, house, or simply to those who own an apartment (home) in a condominium. People who don't want to solve problems. People who like to come to their homes and find everything clean, everything working, everything as it should be.Our initial service will be for people who live in condominium, provide them with: bills payment and administration, security (guards, cameras, etc), plumbing, electricity and cleaning services. Since we will offer a set of environmentally friendly solutions that will reduce their actual costs (E.g. electricy cost), we would like to see designs that use colors that communicate environment and safety solutions.In more detail, these are the services we will offer:- Agreed bills payment and administration.- Electricity supply contracting.- Arrangement and contracting of new phone lines.- Employee selection and administration.- Staff's tasks supervising.- Cleaning services prior to arrivals.- Airport and house delivery rent a car.- Taxi services.- Weekly visit to the property.- Supervision of indoors workings.- Inmediate response to emergencies (plumbing, electricity, locks, etc).- Key services.- Car maintenance services.- All kind of works (alterations, special cleanings, decorations, buildings, etc).
