Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a brand new church community in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, called Jubilee. We want a bold, playful logo that represents symbolically our vision (or some aspects of it).

Our vision for this community of people includes the concepts of freedom, journey (or becoming), and being sent out. The word jubilee is about freedom and fresh starts. We believe that this journey will lead us to become alive - the most beautiful version of us we could be.

Some formational mottos we throw around:
We gather to scatter.
We reflect God's glory.
Free to set free.
The glory of God is a human fully alive.

I like all uppercase or all lowercase text. I'd like it to appeal to people in the sense that it is welcoming and fun. I don't want traditional churchy look either - not corny or cheesy. Ideally, we'd like the logo to include a cross worked in somewhere.
