Resumen de Diseño de Portada de CD

We are a Norwegian hard rock band, and we are looking to get a new CD cover for our upcoming release. The files should be the cover front and inside front (1 page), full-width backside and tray (we are using transparent trays), and ofcourse for the CD itself.

The album artist is named "Silver End", and the album will be called "Spreading Fire". We want a simplistic, modern and clean looking cover. We are a hard rock band, not to be confused with heavy metal! (which means no skulls, dead animals or any other freaky stuff). We are modern, and take pride in good production values in everything we do. Please pay respect to "clean", as we don't want a confusing looking cover with too many aspects fighting for attention. We want it to be easy to look at and memorable!

While the album name is "Spreading Fire", the album cover itself doesn't need to include flames (and preferably will not contain flames!) Fire can be used as a metaphor for passion, so the designer is creatively free for the motive. The front does not neccesarilly need to have anything to do with the album title at all, so if you get any good ideas, make it count!

We want strong colors on the front, using inspiration from the palette in the added files. We are suckers for symbolism and "hidden" meanings, so stuff like that is absolutely something you can implement if it fits with your consept!

The front should make use of our logo (included in files), using the color palette (included in files) and have a clean motive.
The back will include the track number and track titles of the songs.
The inside front includes our band picture faded in, and some text credits which will be provided for the finals
The CD itself includes our logo
The tray should have a vertical version of our logo on the left, as we use transparent trays.

The art logo should be used atleast somewhere on the cover, decided by the artist.

Other than that we can't wait to see what you guys and gals can come up with!
