Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a nonprofit, Christian international education organization. Our mission is to educate and prepare Christian college students for effective international service and ministry by teaching them about other countries, cultures and critical global issues. We fulfill our mission by offering study abroad programs, and seminars to Christian undergraduate students that focus on areas such as: poverty and sustainable development, peacemaking and reconciliation, and social entrepreneurship.

We would like to have a logo designed that would best communicate the purpose of our organization and be appealing to college-aged students and young adults. We prefer a design that combines a graphic and the name of our organization, Center for Faith & Global Education, with a layout similar to this:

We generally prefer modern sans serif fonts but would consider a mixture of san serif and more traditional serif fonts. The colors we want to see include: blue (like Pantone 541 PC), grey (like Pantone Cool Grey 9 or 10) and black. We would also consider a teal color (like Pantone PMS 5473) instead of the blue color.

For the graphic image we would prefer something the represents the combined theme of: global (like a stylized globe or map of the world), education and Christian faith. We realize that this is a difficult combination of themes to communicate in one graphic so if the image only includes two of the three elements (1. global, 2. education, and 3. faith) that would be fine.

• Please do not use any images of a cross (to represent Christian faith) in the design, but the use of abstract images of a dove or something else would be alright. Also, no designs with the name of the organization centered. It should be left aligned next to the graphic image.
