What measurements would you like for this project and will it be single or double-sided?

I need a design for the other side of the brochure (double-sided) -- 4 Panels (for a tri-fold, similar to my original attachment design) -- or 6 Panels (for a tri-fold) -- or 4 Panels (for a bi-fold) -- The designs I'm seeing submitted so far only have 3 Panels.

Hi! Can you upload the pictures and logo individually? The pictures in the Word document won't have good resolution for use in a print design.
