starting a music publishing company called "ten94 Music" . i am a police officer. in the cop world, 10-94 means "send backup". The theme I want to reflect is that we will have a songwriter's back, we will surround them with a great team to get their songs heard and pitched to the right people who can take their songs to the next level. We will have their back.
