We are not actually live yet, but I can give you some additional information.

We are focused on making cloud servers super easy to get up and running. This is IaaS, Infrastructure as a Service, where we manage the infrastructure for them. Users will be able to very easily make a few choices from preconfigured servers, and be up and running in no time.
