I'm selling a video on Vimeo's Video on Demand service and they required a poster for my product for the product landing page. You can see the poster for my previous product on the page https://vimeo.com/ondemand/loseweightwithefttapping - the poster is down in the right-hand side column and has the women holding the cake and the apple. This was a previous 99 Designs winner.

Let me tell you about the new video product and then I'll give you the specs for the poster image.

My new product is a video of a workshop in which I presented three Energy Techniques that relieve stress and anxiety by working directly with the brain and nervous system. It was a one hour workshop presented to a live audience accompanied with slides. You can see the trailer on vimeo: http://bit.ly/3-techniques

So the techniques presented in the video can help people with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional eating, addictions, PTSD, trauma and abuse in a very gentle way.

I'd like the colours on the poster to be taken from my website (http://www.tap4health.com) and the previous designs done for me (see my profile).

According to vimeo, the poster should be a JPG or PNG and 1080px by 1600px.
