The flyers attached are being used currently for our direct marketing, the images and text is genetic so I dont mind using them in the new design. Pictures never change in our flyer. The contact info is at the bottom of the flyer.

The flyer should be flat and than folded to thirds as long as the word "Auction" is not cut off once folded, everyhing else does not matter.  Auction should be in the front of the flyer and stand out.  I have the images but you can use your own for guidline.  The text in the front is important and the text back not as much (can be removed).

actually the layout has to be different i realized that last night ( the way pages follow eachother in order to open correctly)  - i will resubmit the correct layout - - I also look forward to your opinion about the general design.

PLEASE EXPLAIN AGAIN EXACT DIMENTIONS (11x17 inch) WHEN FOLDED OR OPEN????

Hi Marilena,

The size should be 11x17 unfolded and should be vetical not horizontal.  When folded three times it becomes 11inches wide and 5.5 in lenght or height and the word PUBLIC AUCTION should be displayed on the front folded side.  If you refer to the flyer in the attachement you will see that once it's folded the the word AUCTIONS STANDS OUT.  I would like to see more pictures adn text on the front of the flyer and should include borders.  Date and location is crucial and should be included together with Public Auction.
