This project must:

* have a corporation title and an accompanying logo that reflects the purpose as listed below. The corporation will give "eligible" (poor/in poverty/underemployed) women an opportunity to be considered for a microloan for supervised medical weight loss, participate in education to learn habits of health, overcome unhealthy nutrition so she can get healthy herself; raise children to lose excess weight & gain health; and ultimately be self-sufficient in raising healthy families. More specifically, the corporation will:
1. support women at health risks related to obesity and its complications;
2. in losing weight; improving their health status; and
3. moving on to strengthen the health of their obese teens;
4. and ultimately their families.
through healthy eating, healthy activity, healthy sleep, healthy stress and healthy finances.

women who are successful with themselves (and their obese teens) may be eligible and qualified to become a health coach, earn national (USA) certification in obesity prevention & education, and have their own independent business as a health coach.

The AHP, or Argentine Health Partners will not be part of the name or logo of the Corporation. but there will be an arms-length association between AHP and The Corporation. Preferably the corporation name will have no more than 3-4 words, with the accompanying logo that represents Healthy Women, Teens & Families.
