Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a brewery that we hope to open.
I posted an image on the brief called "Jay Stamp".
1.So it doesnt have to be on the stamp square. It can just be the bird, and round watermark.
2.Leave in the dates but make the watermark the name, "Crooked Jay Brewing LLC - The LLC in a much smaller font than the rest"
3. For the dates, the postage date can remain the same as can the date of the stamp (lower left).
4. Can you create one that looks almost identical to the stamp image AND then one that looks like your jay with hop breast and slightly more black. But keep the colors in line with this stamp and not too bright.
I like the look of the picture that I attached and have the copyright. I like the black and white and then the color. But it needs much more than this. Were really open to ideas and just want it to stand out. We need it to stand out on a bottle label which is why the bright shock of color is important. We need to bird to have part of it at least be the BRIGHT blue like the attached images. BUT we are also open to other designs as well.
We really want some options. The use of a Jay is key (required) as the name is Crooked Jay Brewing llc. We want the logo for general use as well as for a bottle label. We also like the idea of a black and white bird drawing taking flight and then the bird if full color blue and black (like a Stellar Jay). Also I really like the look of the block print (attached) so maybe something with that. I also attached other brewers label that we liked to give you ideas. PLEASE LOOK AT IMAGES ATTACHED FOR LOOK OF BIRD AND COLORS
