Casella Construction, Inc. (www.casellainc.com) is a private organization. It is run by the same family that founded Casella Waste Systems (www.casella.com), a large, publicly-held waste management organization in the US. While owned by the same family, the two organizations are run independently.

Casella Construction is a well-established New England USA construction outfit specializing in site development, heavy excavation, aggregate, large-scale/municipal water and sewer systems, and landfill construction and closure. Casella Construction is not in any way a residential or commercial building contractor.

Casella Construction also operates hydraulic and hydrostatic service shops, as well as aggregate (gravel, sand, stone, top soil, and anything else aggregate) sites. Both are for more traditional, non-project customers, such as landscapers and other construction companies.

• Lots of media capabilities, such as embedded video (via YouTube is fine), project image gallery, and sliders for various functions.
  
  A large slider on the landing page is critical, as well as space for standard things, such as news/events, job opportunities, project highlights, and the likes.
  
  We also want to highlight things like employee longevity. Some of our team have been with us since the beginning.
  
  We need to add emphasis to the fact that our hydraulic/hydro static services and aggregate operations are for anyone who needs such service or material. Related, we need a place to set prices and descriptions of such material to help site visitors decide what they may need.
  
  We need a place to highlight business partners, such as John Deere and Caterpillar.
  
  We also need form capabilities for things like bid requests and general contacts from the public. Related, there should be social media capabilities.
