Is this design selected because the designer has rank #2 or this "design" is relay the one that crowd likes most

It's the design my colleagues and myself preferred. The ranking is was irrelevant in the decision making process - but at the same time it probably gives a good indication that he / she is a good designer.

Its a very interesting process and something I will probably do again.
