Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new bicycle tube entering the US market (eventually other mkts). Our target customer is the every day biker or even die hard cyclist. The packaging needs to stand out as we are a new brand entering a market of established brands (most of which use a more basic style of logo or packaging). This logo needs to stand out and grab the consumers attention. Should be fun, artsy, maybe a bit wild but most of all eye catching without being too silly or non serious. An example of a good designer who has achieved a similar styles is "Paul Smith" (think retro, hip yet up to date and modern).
After the logo is selected next a box design with be needed but will be a separate project.
