If you guarantee the payment there will be many designers willing to participate.

As to me, to be honest, the sites listed as those you like are not really my type. They look cluttered over crowded with text and too many little icons, frames, buttons, etc. Those are not the designs I do. Yet, the nature of the business the site is for requires a lot of information in it. I would have done it differently.
