Can you clarify the "look and feel" sliders... Does more green appearing (by moving the slider to the right) indicate more of the left characteristics or more of the right characteristics (since the slider moves closer to the right)?

For example, I'd like more bold than elegant; more playful then serious; more modern than traditional; equal personal and professional, non-tenderized, colourful; equal economical and upscale.
