We need a web client portal site that a group or individual can log into viewing work that has come in via a lead process. More like a classified listing.
Each lead can be seen by all that log in at any given time. They all can see the description. However, only when they commit to taking the lead can they view the full contact information.
The site would need an admin section that a number of people can be on at the same time, to input the leads. Information needs to be input by admin staff and then viewable by the the clients.
The clients need to be set as to how many leads they can take in a 24hr period.
We will also require a compatible app further down the line.
Here are some further details of what's needed.
1/. Log in cover page. Site can not be viewed unless you are a registered user or admin. There is no sign up facility.
Three buttons: Login , Admin Login and Guest Login


2/. Home Page: Shows Categories and how many leads are in each category.
Lower section to show 5 of the oldest posted leads... These will be called "Featured".
At bottom of page will be links to FAQs page Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3/. Clicking on a Category: Takes them to all available leads in that category.
The listing shows a description without contact details. Only when they press "Accept" do then see all the info... Name, Address, Email, Home Number and Mobile Number. When the Member clicks Accept a popup comes up with a message to confirm. It says: By clicking confirm you are agreeing to contact the potential client as soon as possible as per your user agreement. This box has a link to User Agreement page and a Cancel and Confirm Button. Only after confirming can they then see all the potential client info. The listing is then removed from general display and a copy placed in their personal account folder.

4/. Lower Admin and Higher Admin.
There are two Admin sections. Lower and Higher. Lower is just able to submit leads in and manages their own individual lead info file.
All access to the site is handled manually by Higher Level Admin that has full view of and manages everything on the site. Higher Level Admin decides how many leads each member gets each day. (24 hr period) Who is added and deleted as members. Ability to suspend a member and reinstate.
All leads need to go into our Zoho CRM at the time of listing. All leads auto deleted from the system after 90 days or manually. All listings showing for max 24 hrs on site with ability to re-list and managed by Lower and Higher Level admin.
