Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for landingpage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

For this particular project we need design only. However, whoever wins this round will get to work directly on all other pages of the website as a separate private project.
