Hi. Thank you for your interest. The suburb is Seaford, Victoria. You can Google Map search 131 Nepean Highway Seaford Victoria Australia. Google shows a pre-renovated image. Once renovations are complete, the building will have an atrium roof which can be partially opened on a sunny day - enabling the cafe, fruit and veg, florist and wood fired pizza to trade indoors/ outdoor in a market type of feel. Sorry, I do not yet have an artist representation. It is right across the road from a popular family beach and the main jetty for the area. Popular for jetty fishing, swimming, sand play - large sand stretches, and strolling along the beach. Very little waves - no boats. Hope that helps. Rob.
