The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

The package is 810 dollars, not 290.

i am sorry it doesn’t show that ! What i see from here is 1st place $280, 2nd place $100, 3rd place $100 and Participation Payments x4 $10 = $100. What i advice is separate the contests. Post web contest by its own and corporate General presentation by its own, you can advise Deigncrowd too. i am ready to work for the presentation.
