Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need a flyer that will represent Mobile Dental Corp - This flyer will go out to employees at businesses wanting to use the mobile dental clinic when it will be parked onsite of the business they work at. We provide Dental Treatment to employees at businesses in a mobile dental clinic.

I have attached everything that can be used. Please keep in mind that this flyer will be going to employees say working at Windows head office. They need to find the brochure interesting and it needs to make sense with a lot of pictures of what the mobile clinic looks like!!

The brochure needs the fresh colours mainly the same colour as the photos!!!

I have also attached the registration form not sure if this can somehow be incorporated on the flyer that it can be cut off and send back to us??? This is purely up to you if you want to incorporate it - not sure if there will be enough space for it!!
